[Help] Contractor contact

Need help for contact of plumber/contractor to check out plaster ceiling watermark. For my condo unit, its worrying once you see the watermark cos it's so hard to get a contractor to do a small job..I think got to cut the plaster and check where is the leak. I had previously engaged other freelance plumbers but jobs are not good.
Please help..

Hot Water pipe leak

Guys, my bathroom water heater tank pipe joints above the plaster ceiling have been leaking and even damaged the plaster ceiling.

So i found this foreigner who is apparently sub-con of the condo and he came and fixed it. replaced joints and connectors,modified the pipes (managed to get himself sprayed by the high pressure hot water pipe too). He charged RM 200. So far after a day or 2 it has been good.

And he quoted RM 300 to remove the spoilt and sagging plaster ceiling and install new. Its about an area of 24 square foot. Is that too much?

Its seriously so hard to find a reliable contractor with reasonable pricing these days...

Meru Water heater storage tank leaking

Just found out yesterday, my MERU brand water heater storage tank was leaking from the inlet pipe, the leak seems to come from water tank.
Maybe its the joint from the tank to the inlet pipe.
The thing is, currently the developers warranty has expired and they dont care about fixing it for me.
So really desperately finding someone who can troubleshoot and solve it since its leaking and plaster ceiling is wet.
