Longterm living cost in SOHO?

Here, i would like to share how much we spend to stay in a SOHO unit. Sometime cost depend on built-up size.

Recently my friend move-in to SOHO for 2 mths only. She told me living cost higher than previous old property. The built-up 650sqft located at Subang SS19. Two adult stayed. Aircond open from 10pm-6am around 8hrs.

Living cost:
Maintainance 250
Electricity min.170
Water supply min.60
Laundry 40
--------------------
Total min.520/montly for small unit with two person.

Selangor Title conversion

Anyone know how we able to used bumi-lot convert to non-bumi? It is Selangor title at Ampang. Stated it is MPAJ and land of Ulu Langat.

Anyone experienced this before? Can convert or not?

Why SOHO/SOVO/SUITE ?

Why buying SOHO? Any useful we purchase so small unit without balcony?

I waiting end of 2013 about more completion project for SOHO very soon. See what people will stay & how long he/she staying a small unit like a container stuff size.

Property Title important

I saw still many was bbb (blind buy bye).
Buy never ask, check & think.

Property title very important to meaning of what type of your property on hand.

Please buy with smart dont bbb.

Commercial title-soho, sovo, suite, duplex, service apt & etc.
Expensive of water supply, electricity (some will same rate with residential), cukai pintu, cukai tanah & etc.

Residential title-condominium, apartment.
Cheaper of water rate, electricity normal rate, cukai pintu & cukai tanah base on house rate.

To purchased highrise building must sure clean of strata title c/w CF approved before signed for handover keys.

Please correct me if wrong or welcome to add more details. This thread to guide our buyer ask before buy carefully.

How worst to December?

I guess somebody familiar this topic, I have publish in RWI thread before. Still many ppl will talk about judgement day on 21-Dec.

I beleive that's not end for human Life but getting worst to be happen after we survived from 21-Dec. Some happening might occured as tsunami, earthquake, volcano & etc.

We can see birds flying a group then suddenly dead or fish breathing surface on the sea. Those a notice & sign for unexpected happen.

Just keep on safe place of higher above sea level, do not play nearest beach side, keep hiding safer from tremor of earthquake.

Anyone beleive unexpected thing will happen on Dec?

T-junction is issues?

I saw one unit shop-house facing half of t-junction. Is it ok for shop?

I heard house facing t-junction are big problem. Not only to fengshui, by physically many issues such as headlamp shot direct.

But is it same problem with shop? Any effect of market value compare to intermediate?

Any sifu give comment pls !!
