Hi Friends,

I'm buying a 2nd hand condo in Kuchai Lama, will get the key around end of July 2012

I planned to do a minor renovation for my house as I have low budget.

Let me list down the things that I wanted to do and hope that u guys can give me the quotation or maybe base on ur experience u can let me how much roughly I need to prepare.

1) Bath Room in Master Bed room- change the tile for the whole toilet(wall and floor) and hack the bath tub away.After that install shower screen (looking for shower screen with no door, only 1 screen will do)
Size:around 150sqft

2) Bath Room - Change the tile for the whole bath room(wall and floor) and install shower screen(no door, only 1 screen). For this bath room will need to add 1 more drain.
Size:around 100sqft

3)Kitchen Cabinet- My kitchen is small, so it only need 1 top cabinet and the bottom cabinet already have top, so just need door and drawer.

4)2 Wardrobe - 9 feet (H) x 8' feet (W)

This is my 1st house, do not have any experience on doing all this, hope that I didn't ask stupid question here. ^ ^

Whose fault is this

hi all, i was involve in an car accident this morning, not very serious but need to do some knock knock and repaint work at my poor car.
did not run into report as well, the fellow juz go leaving words that is my fault, i am lucky coz his car is ok, or else i would have to pay him.
being juz a stupid gal at that time i was planning to report and let the the police judge who fault, but second thought, ai juz settle it here la, since it is small case. juz consider my self bad luck and did not drive carefully...
but......
i juz want to know whether it is really my fault or not during this kind of situation. so in case it happen again in future (touch wood), i would know what to do better. ok the stork goes like this

i am the one on the blue line, going straight, the red cross line site is yellow line coz infont a bit got traffic light to turn into right. the fellow from green line cutting from right hand site lane into the junction at my left.
that time car is queering up at my right hand site so some stop at the yellow box dy, i did not see there is a car coming from the right, so when reach the junction there is too late to stop, so i hit him at his rim there and it is totally ok for his car, my car bumper dented.
so when we come down and talk he yell at me is my fault coz drive so fast at the lane and did not notice his car, and say i m wrong coz there is yellow box beside where i should have look out.
i really dunno whether i am wrong or not since the lane i am heading is smooth without jam so i head straight, and since it is small case, so i juz let it go loh. the guy tell me i am so lucky coz his car is ok, or else he will ask me to pay. somemore say nvm la for my car, 破财挡灾....................

can anyone tell me whether it is my fault or not of did not notice his car.

this is the second post i open for the same reason,
i m requesting details regarding the advertisement program in lowyat.net,
email had been send to the corresponding address but yet no reply,
i had call and sms the responding mobile phone number,
but yet no reply from any one,
i am not doing it for fun and wasting your time,
i am doing it on behave of my company,
but it seems like lowyat.net do not really care about the business.
any way, my comment to it is,
please take the business seriously if you are owning it,

details such as, price, period, etc...
by the way, is it possible to know how's the traffic of the advertisement actually...

my car was bang and kemek abit with scratches on both door...
wondering normally how much does it cost to repair it and paint...
never actually repait before...hehe...
scared kena cheat...
and any recomemend repair shop around PJ area ???
