What connection is applied to the devices connected to the hotspot?
1. using the Nord VPN connection?
2. using the normal connection of the hotspot?

Management Fee increment

Can anyone with experience with building management share about the possibility of hiring own cleaners/security?
and using own technical team to do simple maintenance instead of paying for vendor?

the salary of the management team and lefereal fee cost up to 40k a month already.

I don't mind paying extra or more maintenance team members, but everything also pay vendor to do, then why bother to pay 40k for management team?

1. Anyone with experience can share the possibility of hiring cleaning/ security team instead of using vendor?
2. Electricity bill continue to kill the budget and the technical team probably got no clue what is happening.

I hope they to can do things themselves instead of calling for vendor and become supervisor.

Land Search

Is it possible to conduct land search without any information on the deed or land?
I checked with my lawyer, it is not possible unless there is information or reference to the deed.

The problem all the deeds are kept by another person and he is not giving any information about which deeds and who are inside to avoid all the party in the geran to pecah bahagian.
Lawyer cant do anything if he didnt know which piece of land involved and the reference to the deed.

He suggested to send a LOD to force the person to disclose such information for next step of action.

I dont want to send an alarm without seeing what is in the deed and what land first.
Is there any way or runner that can dig out what land you own based on name and IC number?
I just need to see the deed and the reference number, then the lawyer can do the rest.

The reason, if the deed actually shared by my ally, then we can just force the person to give back the deed.
it will be complicated if the deed is shared by non-ally, then court is the last option to force for pecah bahagian.

Private teacher 1 to 1 for kindergarten level

Any of you guys know any contact that do teaching kindergarten level 1 to 1 at home?
What is the usual rate for mandarin, English, maths?

I just fired the kindergarten because ineffective teaching like throwing money into the big sea.

I am looking for the 1 to 1 teaching because kindergarten seems to be sembang kencang type punya.

I called my authorized car service center and they have a letter for me to cross district to service car.

Can it work?
Do I need to go to the police station for permit?

If no service and delay, might cause some problem during warranty claim.

Anyone can pass through road block for car servicing?

Medical plan sustainability statement

Can anyone good in insurance medical plan explain what this form actually does? See picture below.

I requested to have my insurance medical plan reverted to the original version.
The agent sent me this form.

I dont understand what is this sustainability because I actually ask for the plan to be reverted.
With my limited understanding, it seems there is some form of consequence in this form.

At section 4, it says something about premium top-up which I have no idea how is this related to my request for revert of my medical plan.

Any expert in this can tell me more about this?

I am asking to revert my plan to original one and NOT about paying extra.

House Loan

Anyone know how does the principal payment works for housing loan?

My initial understanding is something like this (obviously wrong though).

Loan 300k
Period 20 years
Installment payment 1600 per month.

If I do principal payment let say 100k
Loan 300k
Period 20 years
Installment payment 1000 per month >>>>because 100k principal payment reduce the interest portion of the loan 300k.
At any time I can withdraw the 100k deposit as principal payment.

I was told by the banker, this is not how it suppose to work.
Apparently, the installment will remain the same.
But the period will be shorten say to 15 years.

Now the question, if I withdraw the principal payment after 3 years.
the period will be back to 20 years of course.
so what has the 100k do inside the loan account for 3 years compared to FD or any other investment fund?

The banker told me when you make the withdrawal, they will do some calculation to reimburse something.
This we do not know.

For me, paying principal payment is something like partial or lump sump payment.
the moment you withdraw out the portion, it is hard for laymen to see any benefit, at least not on written paper to the customer.

Anyone can share some understanding about this?
For me, thing should be simple as reduce the monthly payment with the option to withdraw the cash in case emergency.
What I am seeing now is a deposit to reduce the total period of loan but if you withdraw, you will not gain from it.

Air cond piping leaking in the wall.

Does the air cond piping leaking in the wall covered by developer within warranty period?

I talked to the main-con and he said the warranty void because I replaced the air-cond (developer provided a default air cond which was replaced without use).
His logic, I replaced the default air cond and hence internal piping leaking no longer covered.
Apparentlly replacing air cond means you shaking shaking the air cond and hence piping leaking is your own fault.

Is there any truth in his remark?

Does anyone know how PU injection works?

I have a spot in the ceiling with water mark.
The contractor suggested PU injection grouting.

My question is if he seal the area (water mark spot), where is the water (leaking from somewhere) going?
So if he seal one spot, I am sure the water will find its way to another section of the ceiling right?

If he not sealing the root cause of leakage, the water will flow elsewhere if he targeted seal the water mark area.

Anyone know where can i buy whiteboard stand? The quality that can really stand and not easily push down.

I saw some from lazada and shopee (the stand that painter use when drawing), decent but all shipped from china.
I dont prefer to go for oversea seller due to dispute later or problem in fitting with whiteboard.

Local sellers all damn crazy price.

Is there a place where I can find whiteboard with stand?

I wish I can install on the wall, but I am not getting space that make work easier on the whiteboard.

A simple stand that can fit a small whiteboard - 80-100 cm long / 60 cm high should be good enough.

Mini-Bike Noise

Is there any regulation that deal with people playing with mini bike? in the taman or residential area?
This dude is playing with his toy early in the morning and evening.
He is not even riding it for fun but purely on making noise.

He would even make it louder if there are people nearby, probably to show off he got a mini bike.
Is there particular law that can deal with him?

He has been questioned by police before but he still doing it.
This is not a normal motorbike noise you get from rempit normally.
It super noisy type.

I am ok if he just ride but this farking dude prefer to make more noise instead of riding.

Basically very quiet inside.

I open few post to public to promo some of my sales.

Is this legit people want to be friend ah?

Basically prc, indon, malaysian, india, europe all want to add me.

But I dont think most of them fit into my sales target audience.

Bosch Dishwasher Machine

I just got a new dish washer from Bosch.
No idea what are the do's and dont's.

Started the wash and got E14 code.
Then tried again and got E15 error code.

First thing I put alot of detergent, too many bubble or something.
Seems to happen when I use water elsewhere resulting lower pressure to the washer.

Anyone with experience to share what is the tips and tricks to operate it?

I have a marketing/retail platform with my number for order online.

The problem is people always calling to ask for customer service instead of ordering products.
1. Ask where and when branch open - NOT related to me.
2. Ask to speak with HQ.
3. Ask about products and wanted to buy from branch.

How do you guys deal with them? Almost all the calls were customer service related and non actually wanted to buy.
Even if they asked for products detail, their intention actually buy from branch.

Question:

Is it even possible to convert them into buying from me?
I have tried to be good, being customer service LOL.
Never got any of them buying.

Even my website specifically highlight "order online".

Drilling hole for mounting screw

I have a Bosch GSB10/10 RE type AC.

i think it was OK for me to drill a the wall. Abit difficult but as far as my memory serves, it was OK.
Recently I tried to install some mounting for lighting.
So I tried to drill some holes on the ceiling. It was damn tough to near impossible.
Drilling a hole a small wall plug was crazy. It was very very hard to drill a small hole for the wall plug.

I changed the drill bits and I got 2 holes done. Then the next hole again it was so hard.
Is it because of the drill or the drill bits?
It seems strange that a drill bits only can work for 2 holes? I need to test to verify this.

Yes the drill is a smaller type but I just need to drill holes on the ceiling.
Any idea how to make my drilling easier?
I think the drill bit got useless after 2 holes on the ceiling. Could this be the reason?

First time I picked up - i told him wrong number.
Second time he whatsapp me - blocked him off.
Third time he tried to call again - straight block number.

If you hutang people - you want to call the ah long? Lol.

Car Service

I dont really follow my myvi service interval.

Depending on my mileage and due date, I will adjust myvi service interval.

If due date still far away, I will try push for additional 1k-2k mileage.
If my mileage still far away from the service mileage, I will delay the service for 2-3 months.

Been doing this for more than 10 years - not even once car broke down - authorised service center.

Can I do the same for honda/toyota car?
My honda still have 2-3k mileage to go but service date due - can I do the same like myvi?

Clinic / Medication Less Effective

Nowadays, it is so hard to get a good doctor or clinic that can treat your sickness in 1 trip.

Example:

My daughter fever - visit first clinic - fever, flu medication, bla bla
Fever come and go.
Second visit to another clinic - Given antibiotic - now only better.

Myself still sick - went to clinic - on cough and phlegm.
The cough drop can kill an elephant - headache, fever, cold, flu - WTF from bad to worse.

I just took panadol for fever and pei pa kau for cough - feel better than those clinic medication.

Any doctor here know why clinic cant treat sickness in 1 go?
In town - each visit can range from RM 70 - 100.
Imagine 2-3 visit - cost of medication and the time to recover.

Most of the doctor just follow exactly what you say.

If I tell them I have sore throat and fever - they just give medication sore throat and fever?
From my experience - once fever and sore throat cured - the next will be cough and phlegm.
They should have check and see how to treat you and not just act like pharmacy giving you the medication you need at that time.
