Using chrome Android.

Didn't use any ads blocker,it is Lyn problem or FB problem?

Just asking where can i repair monitor around Shah alam area?

my Dell monitor one day just starts to flikers. and it is such a nice panel and if throw away such a waste.
I believe it is jsut internal part faulty not the panel spoil.

the dell panel is P2715Q 2017 monitor.

Question about selling property at loss?

Hi all,

Asking for family member.
Currently they have try to ask around for buyer, no buyer interest.
There's multiple unit on bank lelong and also many units sells below market price.

This just example
The leasehold property initial price is 1 mil. Loan at 900k
Bank lelong around the area unfurnish 800k, online property price tag around 800-850k.

Urgently need to dispose this property. Due to not able to coop with it.

Few question,

1) if the property sell at loss, how does the offset amount been paid? The bank will still give another loan for that offset?
2) it's RPGT still in effect if sell at a loss?

Hey guys,

Anyway to test paint on surface contain lead?
These day cheap toy in shopee or retail wouldn't know the paint contain lead or not.
Cause baby will chew all these toys.

I saw test kit in shopee, but ship from China.
Any local brand has this sort of test kit?

Check in google it is like impossible to get an appointment except walk in
downloaded the apps from google apps store, Dentist Klinik is like not available for like 90% of the place

Portable Mini ITX workstation

Hi all,

I'm planing to build a portable workstation dekstop for one of my siblings. The system gonna use Vray, 3d max, aftereffect for architecture rendering purpose.

The casis will be also maybe pack into language, as she work in Singapore and maybe once a while she will come back

She currently using an aged Quadro workstation laptop. It is lacking of USB C/thunderbolt 3 ,the CPU also aged and cannot upgrade storage space.

Looking at mini ITX dekstop setup might be a semi portable setup.

Budget is about 3k SGD, not including LCD, any external hardware

Question
what casis should I consider?
What main factor should I worried?

Criteria
It is must be AIO,
Not external powersupply, maybe SFX PSU?
Full length ATX GPU, workstation GPU looks not worthy anymore, maybe a 1080Ti?
CPU i7?

I know form become smaller is airflow, heat is the main concern

Any advise?

Currently I'm using GTX 980.

Been thinking to upgrade.

Looking at this year RTX3000 series
Thinking of waiting for 3080..

Currently look at very big jump from my GPU

980-> 1080Ti 2nd hand. RM 1.7k-2.0k
980-> 2080 super RM2.9k

1080Ti and 2080 is about the same performance
Or wait till 3080? I only upgrade once in a loong time

Mainly use to game and Abode Photoshop and Lightroom

KLCC parking really terrible....
I've been there for 3 days for FHM.

Yesterday...
5 machines, 2 machine problematic, CC machine cannot print receipt, 1 machine total offline.

Today, 5 machine , 3 machine fail
CC machine fail totally
1 machine fail to operate
1 machine cannot print receipt, and cc function offline
What worse, total shut off the intercom don't let ppl call jn

Such high traffic parking. The parking ticket machine.... Really no standard
What worse is they charged world class rate for their parking. But their system like this.
Each day at least 5000 parking movement la, 5000x RM10. RM 50000 a day. But quality like that
