Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effects with AdvanceSeal** Technology. This is a dental whitening formula that you can apply at home. Maybe some of you have seen it on popular makeover shows on television. It is very effective as I have used it myself and it worked as advertised. Unfortunately, this product for some reason is not sold locally in Malaysia.

Alright, how does it work? Basically you just take the transparent strips out of its foil pack and place it on the surface of your upper and lower row of your teeth. Leave it on for about half an hour and you're done! Easy as that. There are 20 pairs of strips altogether; 20 for your upper and 20 for your lower. You can choose to either complete the whitening treatment in 1 or 2 weeks. If you do it in 1 week, you do the application once in the morning and once in the evening. If you are like me and not in a rush, just apply once daily for 2 weeks.

Oh I forgot one more tip. Go do scaling on your teeth before you start treatment. It only costs about RM60 at a private dentist (RM1 at govt hospital I think). The results will be much nicer.
