a legacy(legendary) plan without name?

i've got a postpaid plan with maxis, suppose its a very old plan, so old that there is no name for it. no name displayed in bill and website. this is the principal line.

im paying m30 for the principal line now, it doesn't have data at all and its pay per call. but i have a supplementary line which is rm10 per per use as well.

with the recent upgrade, maxis upgraded my rm10 supplementary line to value surf 1(so its rm20 with 500mb).

now this gets weird, im principal paying rm30 no upgrade no data but my supplementary line paying rm10 got upgrade and with data.

what logic?

does anyone have any suggestions what to do with the principal line? obviously switching from rm30 to maxisone plan is way overkill. is there any cheaper plans?

stucked with yhis legendary plan from maxis...

weird problem

i've got this problem, hope anyone who experienced this suggest ur solution or experience.

current situation:

device in case = modem(dlink 500t)+router (dlink 524)+one computer

i went to my fren's house to set up streamyx. the modem and router is pre set at my house. it works.

i tried, using [router modem as modem] (bridge) only and using computer to [dial] to streamyx at [my house], it works.

i tried, using [router modem as router modem] (pppoe) only and using modem's web interface([pppoe]) to connect to streamyx at [my house], it works.

i tried, using [pure router and use router modem as modem] (500t+524) and use pppoe to connect to streamyx at [my house], it works.

i tried, using the new router wiht my own modem and the new modem with my own router. both situaton works. meaning.. cross connect between the new router and modem and my existing router and modem.

problem is..

at [his house] :

modem connect to one computer. and computer use dial up to streamyx, it works.

but the problem is, if use modem(500t)+router(524) together, and connect via router's pppoe, it doesn't work. but exact same configuration work at my house.

i've tested that:

none of wires are faulty. (tried at my house)
none of the ocmputers are faulty (i bring his computer at my house and tested it)
router and modem works perfectly at my house.

Could it be, steramyx set to don't allow router to "dial" ?

fyi, the site is new, just got streamyx only.
