Unifi Black Router problem

Hi all, I subscribed to unifi recently and got this new TM black router.

The problem is the 'WAN' light always goes from green to orange in randmo intervals of few minutes to few hours and I cant connect to the internet anymore. I suspect this is a router issue because going into the 192.168.0.1 also fails when this occurs. This essentially means that the wireless portion of the router also fails at this moment.

Sometimes, when the 192.168 page is still accessible I get this status:

Can anyone tell me if this is indeed the router problem, and if so, will TM be willing to exchange this crappy black box for the dlink 615?

THanks!
