Guys, don't laugh. My old MSI 770-G45 can accept up to 16GB of PC1600 DDR3 in 4 DIMM slots. My question is, can I max it out with just a pair of 8GB modules? Bonus question, what happens if I slot in an additional pair in the other 2 spare slots (exceed the 16GB limit)?

If we do this, my share of the capital is the land lah, everything else you keluar. We split the profits accordingly. As long as what I get is more that the market price of the land itself, I'm game." Hangs up.

I check-check tengok, walawey! The land is a 1.5 acre corner plot at the Jalan Ampang and Tun Razak intersection, right beside the British High Comm. Price is about 1,500 psf, so that values my uncle's share in the venture at around 100mil. I also determined the selling price should be around 1.2k psft.

I korek my pocket, only have 3mil to spare nia, which isn't remotely enough, but should be able to get things started. I also have zero experience doing anything like this, can some taikors here guide me through this project through completion? What should be my next courses of actions?

This is of course a fictional scenario. I think that this discussion would benefit some of the people here. Also, bosan lah buy and sell, buy and sell, let's talk about developing for a change.
