really impressed on others workout journal that i found here
wanna motivate myself and keep this thread as a record for me

Help Needed

help needed
i recently installed Battlefield 3 on my satellite L745 notebook
1st it popup a msg saying that i need to update my nvidia geforce GPU driver as my currently driver is outdated
i try to update it in geforce sites, but error bcoz it said that i need to download it from toshiba sites
search on toshiba sites > none available for my model no.
i did try to force installed it by downloading new driver from geforce, but installer cant start becoz of incompatible driver detected

i try playing the game without updating my driver, it can play for a while (5-6min) but then crashed
try to set the video setting to low and playing in window mode, still not succesfull
btw im using nvidia geforce gt525m card which to the game gpu analyzer is below the game recommended spec

is there any other way i can play this game on my notebook?
anyone here having the same problem with me?
try to google it, but seems on beta, the game can be play using the same spec as mine

im done with tarantula (guess im too unlucky with them - twice my sling end up dead)
cant have dog (muslim)
cant have any lizard (due to my wifey )

hello all

actually i did read all about cameras and discussion in this thread
but i cant really find any topic regarding a prosumer cam
i am looking for my 1st camera and im really into scenery and occasion photos
been using my wife ixus 60 and my father old pentax mx before
and im impress on the capability of a camera on producing good image/photos
googled in the web and still cant find any sample of a prosumer cam
can any of u otai gimme some suggestion on a model of a prosumer cam
and maybe a brief discription on the model if u have been using it

Small Noobie Probs

helo there,
im noob here, so xplaination in simple language will help me A LOT

im using my office network to connect to the internet
ok, here come the small lil probs..
before this i've been using IRC in my office
it works just fine, using paid bnc to connect to irc server or direct connect to irc server is no probs for me..
then, just last week my office mate got a probs with connection in his pc and i consulted the probs to a IT officer for my company
he ask me to do ipconfig/flushdns in my mate pc.. so i did it n the problem ends
the real probs is, i have accidently try that command in my own pc
n because of that, my connection to IRC is not working till noe
all other connection is fine, just when i used IRC client to connect to the server the respond is *** Unable to connect (Connection refused)
is it something has todo with the command i typed in my pc?
or is it the other probs..
i try to ping the server using /run and it replied ok
i've asked the IT officer if they are doing something/blocking the port that i tried to connect and they said they didnt do it

someone pls help?
