Hi guys, someone parked at my parking lot for two days already. The management clammed his car and issued a red warning letter (saman RM50). Management say nothing much they can do.

I am currently parked at the visitor car park with no shade and it's a huge inconvenience since it's raining lately.

How can I contact the owner of that car?

Hello guys! Any Proton Waja owners here who has done underseat woofer for waja before? I just realized how small the underseat space is for the car (a bit stupid in my opinion).

I've been searching and asking around but there seems to be none. Can anyone give me suggestion?

How can I secure my desktop

This is going to sound weird (i know) but please hear me out. I'm going to share an office with a few of my friends next year and we're all from the same industry (doing the same business). The reason why we're doing this is because we thought it'd be a good idea to share expenses, cost and resources. I will be placing my desktop (which I do 99% of my work with) in the office. I know I may sound paranoid but I just have to take measures because my entire life's work is in the desktop. This includes everything from my client's data, all my website's login details, business proposals and so on (basically my entire life is in there).

My question is, can someone hack into my physical desktop and retrieve all the information there? I have password set and required before logging in.

The only method I can think of is that, if my "friends" want to hack into my desktop, they can unscrew the CPU casing, take out the HDD or SSD and plug it into their computer. That way, they can access all my information in my desktop correct? If that's the case, how do I lock or prevent this from happening and avoid looking paranoid at the same time? Also, to avoid scenarios like "wow, you don't trust us", etc...

The potential weakness point of my desktop:
1. Break into casing by unscrewing
2. Plug out HDD/SSD and plug into their computer
3. Read all my data

Any ideas, dear sifus?

That being said, I know I sound paranoid but I'm just trying to be careful. When it comes to business, who can we trust anyway?

P/S: Is there any other way of hacking into my desktop?

I suggest Lowyat forum offer a one time RM10 payment for "Donor" status (just like many other forums) that has the following benefits:

1. Hnnggggh section is locked. Only paid member have access to it (MCMC can't view it)
2. Access to exclusive subforums
3. Bigger inbox and signature
4. Has a Donor tag below username
5. etc

I just drove for four hours. When I left, I was at around 30% charge. I plugged into the car charger and about 20 minutes from home my battery was completely discharged and had 0% charge remaining. All contacts are clean.

I plugged my phone into the AC adapter when I got home and 30 minutes later I'm at 65% charge.

What is the problem guys?

Hello guys, I've been playing basketball for more than 10 years now but it has always been playing against random players in the park (you know those types that people usually go at 6pm just to exercise). Sometimes I go, sometimes I stopped playing for months, so it's pretty much inconsistent. I've come to a point where I realize I will never improve anymore if I don't have proper training. I can play from PG to Center and stuff like that but never specialize in one position. I'm tired of inconsistent win/lose. I want to step up my game!

As per title, how can I be a property agent? I see the job is not difficult at all. You just bring them to the place, check out the house and environment, explain a bit, do some paperwork for them, settle. Money in your pocket. What's really difficult about it? Do I need to go for test like insurance agent? Usually how much can I earn for a house or condo? 5 - 10%?
