Unidentified network problem

Unifi modem - Tplink archer c60 (main router) - tplink archer c20 (access point)

Those are my setup for my home network..
Already using it around a month or 2... no problem at all
Around 2 weeks ago these problem occurs
1.suddenly there is no internet connection on both router.
2.only computer can connect to router using lan cable and it show 'unidentified network' but other devices cannot connect at all (using wifi)
3.on computer after run diagnosis the result 'ethernet doesnt have vaild ip address' while on phone after it failed to connect it shows 'failed to obtain ip address'.
4.after restart the router it works just fine but only for around 24 hours or so and the problem occur again.
5.already did factory reset but problem still there.

Already tried every solution found on google but still same...any idea what is the problem??

hi,i having a problem with my pc...My pc only turn for like 1-2 second and restart again and again (bootloop)... but sometime it boot normally and i can use it for like 10-15 minute only because the pc shut down suddenly without any notice and the boot loop happen again... this problem happen after i upgrade the mobo from asus p8h61-mlx to asus maximus iv gene-z... really appreciate all your help... tq!

i have an old HP desktop pc using intel core 2 duo 2gb of ram ddr2...
the problem is when i turn it on...nothing appeared on monitor and the fan suddenly produce noise(spin on max rpm)....
when first time this problem occured...i try restart and it boot up normally..but after several times it happened...it cannot boot up normally again...

i make some google..and they said maybe the PSU...i change the PSU and same thing happen..then..i try change HDD...but it not solved it too...

i really need your help guys..thank you...

im planning for build gaming system....
first,i choose i5-3570 (rm 630)...
then i'v been recomend to add some money about rm 70 (still under my budget) and take e3-1230 v2 (rm699)
because it performs like a i7-3770(rm 899)

my question is..
1.is it really that xeon proc performs like i7-3770
2.can xeon proc using for gaming...
