Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes. they cannot find the problem. they say my modem fault because i am not using Tm modem.

Personal equipment
Modem: TD-W8960N
Router: don have
Firewall used: don have

Problem details
First occurence of problem:
10/6/2013

Problem frequency: every day

Problem description:
very hard connect internet. always no internet light on modem. sometime on modem wait 2-3 hours then only can connect . sometime cannot connect at all. sometime after connect will DC.

i have test using TM modem & tp link modem.
Tm modem internet light have but will missing after few second and come back . cannot using internet at all.
Tp link dont have internet light at all.

i am no happy with Tm customer service.

they always give no related answer..

i complain slow connection and DC happen randomly(every day also have), then they will ask me wad os...

stupid answer, common knowledge already know os is no related to slow connection.

they also never understand my problem, dunno the meaning randomly.

they send the tech come my home, open IE test speed, you speed full lah no dc , then ask sign , then cabut.

they also dunno this problem can be fixed by restart modem. but sangat leceh if we need keep restart modem.

the TM customer service no have knowledge about anything, they just simply reply and answer follow STUPID SOP.
difference people pick up the phone or reply email every time you complain, they dunno anything just simply answer or replay you email.
