hi all contractors and sifus,

I saw something very disturbing -- high rise beams being relocated.

While taking pictures, i was chased away by the worker and warning me not the take any picture.

What i saw was very disturbing -- can the high rise beams be relocated once fixed? I managed to take one that show the based is cut off and being lifted up.

Upon checking the photos at home, i found all beams in block A is having patch mark and wet cement on the base. Please see pictures with red arrows.

Picture 1 shows block A while Picture 2 shows block B. Block B does not have the patch mark...

Is it legal and safe? I am worried about my safety ...
