Small budget Reno

Just for sharing! My house almost been 30yrs, and just decided to do a budget and small renovation, extended my kitchen, toilet, bathroom & paint whole house.

1st, we have appoint a contractor for a quote but his quotation just lump sum one amount. When I'm asking him regarding add some power point or tilling till full height(his quotation just tilling till 5 feet wall) pricing, how much should we add the money? He just said, after working start only count it..I really feel unsecure! Coz surely be cut whole blood after that!

After that, I'm have appoint another contractor, he is from design and build company. When 1st time he come over my house to quote, he really give so much useful idea to me and help me save lot of money.. After the quotation out, it's seem not the cheapest but still reasonable price..so I'm decided give a try...

Now the job almost done, I'm decided to share this with you all guys! Here attached my old and worst house, u will surprise after the job done!
