Current background is I'm planning to purchase a property. The seller has appointed a lawyer and i yet to sign anything.

Now I believe to get the thing started, I will first need to apply for bank loan right. Here comes my concern.
- Do i really need to visit the bank myself for loan application or any better convenient option?

Hi guys,

Anyone knows clinic that good at treating wound? Basically I fall down from bicycle and got some cut and scratches about a week plus ago.

Few days later only i went to normal clinic because it didnt heal and got pus somemore and doctor said it was due to infection as the open wound earlier was not cleaned well.

It has been few days past and i still dont see much improvement. So thinking to visit clinic that probably specialize on this in KL area?

Suprisingly, when i googled for such only like 2-3 clinics shown up and many others not really related such as aesthetics ones. Hospital would be my last option as i dont think the matter is big enough for me to visit there.

There is no any housing or taman which i can use for further search reference, just those along the kampung roadside one.

Hey guys,

Just few hours ago, my account has been compromised and reported to facebook then went through the standard recovery process. I looked up online that most saying the recovery chance is slim. Is there anything else I could do?

During this time, once reported what would happen to my account now? Is it the hacker still have the access or everyone is locked out?

Note : My whole facebook account has been completely hijacked, email address removed, mobile number removed, and the hacker even enabled 2FA on my account.

On top of that, do I need to lodge police report to safeguard myself from any unforeseen incidents?

I wish to have better understanding on this topic.

Bonus has been announced recently but not paid. Issued as in the form of black & white statement/payslip.

It will only be paid to bank account by early next month. However if I were to tender my resignation during this month, does the employer still has the rights to retract the bonus?

I'm currently being employed by Chinese firm which also has the local office here. I tried to look for some of these points through our Employment Act law but perhaps not using the right keywords as I could not find any law related to this portion.

You guys might wonder, as it is just weeks away. Why not just wait. The reason behind is unexpectedly, I have received offer from new company and they are asking me to confirm them ASAP within January.

Recently due to flood, my macbook was damaged and sent to Machines for repair.

Then they told me that the device is not able to be repaired due to some circumstances. Therefore, they would replace a new unit instead.

I bought this protection plan which covers accidental or liquid damage.

I then received this email asking to describe on how the damage took place. Therefore, would need suggestion if I shall tell them it is due to flood or tell them it was normal water spill on it?

Flood would be considered as natural disaster, I don't want later them telling me flood damage is not covered.

Hi guys, need some details regarding the matter.

Well, my foreigner friend will be transferring some amount of money to my account and he requires some details such as.
IBAN, Swift Code.

I'm a Maybank user, went to their FAQ but most were referring to sending instead of receiving. But based on some further searches, I found following details and would like to check with you guys here if I were right.
IBAN : Maybank does not has IBAN, we can use our local bank account number directly ?
Swift code : MBBEMYKL ?

Aside from those, do I need to activate anything in advance on my account as well?
Plus what would happen if the transaction failed? The money will be returned to the sender?

Note :
(I have no choice as earlier trying to reach Maybank customer service for almost 8 times for the past 2 days but keep telling me all personnel are busy and bla bla bla so I gave up on them ;-( and came to here instead for help.)

Need an advice here. FYI, this is first time I'm dealing with income tax and has a concern here. I'm currently at overseas and unable to commit any submissions.

I found that e-filling is available but it requires me to first approach the branch to register an online account. So this option is not available for me.

Is there anything else I can do? or just matter of time before getting penalized
