Wondering have you all been using that and perhaps can share some experiences

I bought a MacBook Air 11 2013 with 4GB from Machines. They said that cant do any RAM upgrade for me for this model, only order online is ok.
How should i upgrade my Macbook RAM to 8GB?? Should i order the RAM online and proceed to Machines Service Center to do so??
