protein intake for fat lost vs extreme workout

Hello all

last week i attempt extreme workout routine which is p90x. i also did watch some motivational video fat ppl like me get slim and ripped body. my height rite now is 160cm and currently 93kg. i also taking EVOGEN GLYCOJECT for recovery drinks. for pass few days im burning 800 to 1k cal per day doing the p90x routine.

my real concern right now is as the program stated for overweight person like me i have to take 50:30:20 protein carb and fat but after some tracking on my daily intake it seem i am low in protein side. Do i need to take protein whey? and if i take it will it effect my weight lost target?

im targeting to get not too muscular body and not too lean.

any help is really appreciated.

Hello all.

This is my first time posting in this section. i recently started a program call p90x. It took me long time to gather courage to start this program am i am now on day 4. before this i already went to the gym and do cardio to increase my fitness level so my body wont feel any shock due to extreme routine.

i started with 93kg and my height is 160cm. yea i know i in obes region.

ive been reading journal ppl doing this program and most of them is encouraging. my concern here is the diet since some of them require quite time to prepare. i would like to know any good diet suit the program n available in malaysia.

for the suppliment i take pre workout and recovery drinks which contain 28g carb per serving. i dont know this suit for me since i pretty overweight myself so i would like some advice on this.

so far my training i have done is

day 1: chest and back routin

day 2: plyometrix ( cover all but take alot of breaks)

day 3: arm and shoulder (still sore from day 1 routine)

day 4: yoga (some of them i cant do but overall it helps on my muscle sore)

any advice is highly appreciate
wish me luck on 90days of journey and ill post the picture later on.

i just wanna ask something about casing. i just bought samsung galaxy tab and got free gift which in case here is leather case. i notice that there is 2 small magnet at the casing so it can attach the cover lid.

does this magnets effect my screen somehow? ive been searching for answer a long time de.....

ive been looking for new mmorpg to play casually with my friend for several days now. at first we decide to play ff14 but later see complains of lack content we decide to let the game be matured first. in the mean time i try to look for alternative

any suggestion for game to play?
as i prefer to play game that require team work aka party to lvling since its boring to grinding alone
ive been play wow and kinda tired of it and decide to leave it for good.

need help formating single partition ubuntu linux

hye all..
first of all i not really fan of linux and this my 1st time using linux
the situation is my friend ask me to format his laptop with ubuntu install inside and put back xp
but the problem is the laptop got onli one partition.
i already search google but some download link for the livecd which given cannot found. so i stuck here
i did change the boot order but when i put in xp cd it said it is not bootable cd

i hope all pro here can help me solve this mystery..
p/s: i already did use search button.

hye all
1st of all thx for support from hardware section so that i can finally switch to 64bit OS.
im quite new with 64 bit os so here the problem i facing right now

i have this wmplayer.exe *32 running in background. once i end process it, it will start again.
ive been searching for the solution on the new but didnt manage to found one.

so i really need help since i didnt use it and it eat alot of my ram. currently im using mpc to open all my entertainment.

extra info i also using g15 keyboard which has lcd display. i already terminate the media player program which running in keyboard configuration but still the wmplayer.exe restart again..

1st of all thx for taking time looking on this post.
i got question..
recently i build my system with 4gig xms3 crossair ram
below is my system spec

ive done research but really didnt understand some technical word.
im using win7 32bit build 7600
im doing graphic stuff such as maya. after effect and for it i really need a lot of ram to render it
i didnt want to switch to 64bit since the software for those i using cost of fortune.

so is there any other way around i can use beside changing to 64bit?
i would like to stick with 32bit since many software compatible with it.
