Public outrage has followed a police decision not to press charges against a father who was filmed kissing and caressing his young daughter on a train in southeastern China.
In a video, which went viral this week, the 30-year-old man is seen fondling a young girl sitting in his lap. The man lifts the child's shirt, strokes her back and tries to kiss her on the mouth. The girl appears to be trying to push the man away.

"The father then put his hands under her pants. The girl then said, 'father, you are touching my buttocks again, it's painful.' She continued to struggle," a female passenger who filmed the video told the Hangzhou-based newspaper City Express, adding that she had not filmed this part because her phone ran out of battery.
On Wednesday, the Nanchang Railway Police in the southeastern province of Jiangxi said on the Twitter-like platform Weibo that the father's behavior did not constitute molestation, and could not be deemed illegal.

The public response was overwhelmingly negative. Many were convinced that what the father did should be regarded as child sexual abuse.
In China, sex is a taboo subject. Since women's chastity is valued, victims of sexual abuse often carry deep shame.

GEORGETOWN: Seorang pemandu Grab mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen, di sini, hari ini terhadap pertuduhan merogol seorang kanak-kanak berusia 11 tahun, tiga tahun lalu.
Tertuduh, Teh Kim Huat, 49, membuat pengakuan itu sejurus pertuduhan dibacakan terhadapnya di hadapan Hakim Wan Azmah Yaacob.
Teh didakwa merogol kanak-kanak yang kini berusia 14 tahun dan sudah tidak bersekolah di sebuah rumah di Jalan Kedidi, Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, dekat sini pada 2015.

Bagi perbuatan itu, dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 376(1) Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum 20 tahun dan juga sebat, jika sabit kesalahan.
Kes dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Farah Aimy Zainul manakala tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.
Terdahulu, Farah Aimy tidak menawarkan jaminan namun tertuduh merayu supaya dia dibenarkan diikat jamin dengan nilai yang rendah kerana terpaksa menanggung dua anak yang masih kecil.
Wan Azmah kemudian menetapkan 20 Disember ini sebagai sebutan semula kes dan untuk tertuduh melantik peguam.
Tertuduh juga dibenarkan diikat jamin RM10,000 dengan seorang penjamin.

Got this female colleague I usually go lunch with. We decided to drive out to have lunch today.

I was driving and placed my left hand on the center console arm rest. When I stopped at traffic light, she asked me if she can touch my hand, I asked why and she said she is cold and want to feel if I`m cold too. I chuckled and she asked me why I laugh. I didn’t reply and quickly changed topic about my car needing the tyres change.

By the way, where can I get second hand tyres?

sell house keep in ASB / FD

Guys, if i sell my house right now and 10 years later, get the profit, buy another house again, is it a good idea?

Current situation, got 2 house. 1 house fully paid (rent it now @ ipoh), another 1 still hutang bank (living here @ klang aka not for human live wan). The fully paid rental amount only RM 350 / month. Can sell 250k.

Here my agak agak calculation if keep in FD or ASB. Base on 6% per year dividen. If get more = rezeki lorr
