I am sharing some short review on the Helium X4, this machine if not mistaken also known as Hasee (神舟) X4 in china

Cons:
Charger not UK Plug and come with converter
Webcam Light Indicator is too bright
Webcam Quality so-so
Helium Logo is ugly, and not cut perfectly, there is some blurry beside
Left Ctrl Button could be smaller, this kinda affect spacebar location
Spacebar not functioning when light click left / right

Please take note that MultiSim Service (aka Surf and Share), which allow you to have extra sim to share the your data pool is not available in Maxis One Prime.

It's a surprise for me that upgrading my plan sacrifice my existing benefit and terms in somehow hidden by Maxis.

I have raise a complaint to SKMM but seems like they don't give a f* on that.

Really hope that we have another Mobile service provider that can provide same level of network services..

SAY NO TO MAXIS

I received a message from 26111 that i have been charged for RM 7 for GG pass subscription.

The service has been subscribed without my awareness. And according to Maxis customer care, it might been cause by the advertisement of the website i surfed.

I don't think maxis should subscribe the service to me even "IF" i accidentally click on the advertisement.

Maxis didn't sent any confirmation to me and suddenly charges me for the amount. and after i search at google and maxis forum, a lot of people complaint about this and what maxis do is only waive and waive and waive. they didn't take any action to the scam company and allow them to continue cheating the other.

I believe that they is a lot of people get charged without their alert. How if our parent get charged and they don't know how to complaint?

I have use Umobile, Digi for years and i didn't meet any situation like this.

Gonna ban Maxis after the contract period.
