Problem after system restore

after system restore my computer come with more problem....1st when i startup the flag colour got a little red dot at the yellow area....but after enter to the desktop no more problem..then i also cannot format my computer after "window is loading file" it became blank and no respons...

should i wait for ivy bridge?

i total all my gaming rig was around 6.7k include monitor
i thought this was very waste so how much $$ u all pay to buy a gaming rig?
