TNB electric tiam

Dear all,

I have search this forum thoroughly and couldn't find answer I wanted, hope im not mislook, if I repeat a same topic pls remind me and I will close down this post.

Ive notice that for development in KL and selangor, for landed properties some of them have electric tiam outside along road and will have electric wire over our head. but some of them does not have.

my guess is for new development is a MUST for developer to build those electric wire underground, older properties might not hv plan for underground electric wire or maybe the tnb substation is too far and some development are sharing same tnb substation.

Please advice. Thanks.
