puchong prima (280 park homes)

hi i just saw this advertisent for soft launching at puchong prima- 280 park homes.. by the developers of desa idaman, desa impiana.. luks nice and beautiful.. alot new developments goin on there currently espeacily around the big lake... for.e.g Lake side city, m-city, wharf.. 280 park homes some sort of opposite lake, but not lake view like cascadia, just very near to the lake...
any body know about this before...any buyers... but not sure the pricing... i think belum launch also, nx week is soft launch..so just scouting of any infomations here that other dudes have....

so many new development around this locations :- taman MAS ...X2... is it booming area from puchong prima/tasek prima and onwards (many empty land and lakes).... towards the D'island--> cuberjaya/putrajaya.... another is towards taman MAS...but taman mas up to the elite highway then industrial already.. anyway back to my intentions of my post:-' any infomations here that other guys/gals have about this, comments, future prediction of this area, gud investment or gud ownstay '... years back puchong prima like got bad reviews, rempits lah and etc..now becoming goood i guess...

tasek prima-puchong lake development

refering the above pictures..if both M-city and the wharf complete.. tasek prima will look something as above.. i remember i read somewhere in this forum
a guy said this place, the lake has a big potentials, maybe a water theme park could also be build,anyway now u can see got waterspot acitivity already at that lake. that guy added that
got a secret why m-city plans a major development in this not so good area(according to some people)... in future it might turn out like MINES RESORT CITY. thts y hilton also here, lakeview hotel with activities. i think that guy is right.

anyway buying new development property around this are seems to be good investment after reading all the forums for e.g now got the lake side city/ LRT/.. anyway how about
sub sale property around this area, espeacily near puchong prima, puchong tekali and tasek prima.. will appreaciate as much as the new development?? it seems a landed freehold
property around here is cheaper than condominum being launch...whats the rational behind this...anyway i do see subsale terrace house property are increasing around this are..

SUBANG JAYA: Police believe the robbery at SJK © Han Ming in Batu 14, Puchong last Thursday may have been carried out by former students or staff as the robbers appeared to know where to look for their loot.

Subang Jaya district police chief ACP Yahaya Ramli said those not familiar with the school would have spent more time to look for the items they were going after.

"From the way they staged the robbery, they knew where the RM30,000 was kept," said Yahaya.

Three men armed with iron rods, parang and a fake gun took RM30,000 consisting of school fees, PTA money and payments for extra--curricular activities.

They had earlier overpowered two security guards and tied and gagged them before breaking into the principal's room at 2am.

The robbers stayed in the school for four hours before they rounded up nine more staff, including canteen workers and the janitor, at 6am.

The rest were herded to an open space where they were tied up with the guards.

The robbers fled using a Toyota Camry belonging to the canteen operator, and a lorry belonging to a newspaper collector who came to collect recyclables from the school.

Yahaya said the investigation was ongoing and no arrest has been made.

"However, we recovered the Toyota Camry, which was abandoned by the roadside in Damansara at 4.30pm the next day," he said.

The police forensics team have taken fingerprint samples from the car

SO MANY EXCITING DEVELOPMENTS ARE TAKING IN PUCHONG, PROPERTY PRICES SURGING, HIGH END DEVELOPMENTS POURING IN........and SAME SO MANY EXCITING CRIME ARE ALSO TAKING PLACE..FEEL NOT SAFE AT ALL AFTER I MOVED TO PUCHONG... ALTHOUGH THE BRIGHT SIDE IS PROPERTY, THE DARK SIDE???..MUST DEVELOP MORE POLICE STATIONS RATHER THAN HOUSING IN PUCHONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCHOOL ALSO KENA ROBBED!!!
