Mainboard USB malfunction

My rig

AMD X2 255
MSI 880GMA-E45
Kingston DDR3 1333 4GB
Cooler Master extream power 350W
Cooler Master 311 casing

the MB was plague with USB problem which power supply to USB port will disconnect / no power supply, both 4 ports at rear panel and 2 port at front panel.

RMA the MB, power on for 1 hour then power disconnect again. Have try restart pc, change power supply, reset bios, check for short circuit, re-seat components but problem still presist.

Can anyone help me pin point the problem before I RMA the MB again?

my e8400 only run @ 2Ghz show in CPU-Z v1.47. i already manual set the bios so run at fsb333 x 9 but in cpuz it show the proc run on multiplier 6 only.
