Guys, due to some personal reasons, I need about 20k.
May I know which bank offers a better rate?

I checked the RinggitPlus website and found that online banks such as AEON and GX offer interest rates below 5% (if I’m not mistaken).
Other than that, Hong Leong Bank and CIMB also seem to have competitive rates.

Does anyone have experience with these online banks?

Is Roblox is safe for kids ?
Does your kids play it as well ?
I saw there are Roblox summer camp and stuff in FB for kids

Recently i saw my kid was playing roblox and there are live chat going on as well
Also i found this game is very addictive as well among kids.
at the moment i monitor my kids playing time and also control the screen time
even though i dont see anything inappropriate in the game so far, but is this safe to let primary school kids playing this online games ?

I use to be regular a visitor to low yat forum (mostly read only mode) especially to learn about latest tech and gadgets.
Even bought some items from the garage sales sellers
Also surf around kopitiam topics to read the comments.
It was fun and informative those days to kill time in the office.
But totally gone out of touch since 2017/2018, also after i start work from home and MCO, very seldom visit the forum.

Now again i start work from office, i visited the forum again. looks like kopitiam is still the same but how about other Topics/Forums ?
Are they still relevant ?

Guys, I am planning to open a photocopy shop near my place. KL area.

I found out that my place do not have proper photocopy shop which usually comes with binding services.
Also sell school and office stationary.

Other than photocopy, I’m also want to include printing services and add other related services in the future.

Do you guys think this business is ok now days ?

My main concern here is the shop rent kl area. Since we need open this type biz at easily accessible location.

I want to do this as my side business since I already have full time job and my wife will look after the biz if we started.
