We are conducting a fact finding survey to identify the behavior patterns of Malaysians when it comes to health, wellness and record keeping. At the moment, for most Malaysians, we do not own our own medical records and it becomes a pain point when there is a requirement to share the records with other doctors.

We would like to know if this is a concern for a majority of Malaysians or only a few.
