checkbox button not working properly

I'm trying to use checkbox to choose multiple data and submit(button 'Send SMS') them and direct them to another page, which will send text SMS to the numbers chosen. But when I try to click on one checkbox, it automatically directs me to the next page, without having to click on the 'Send SMS' button. I tried to see which part is the problem, but I can't determine which one is wrong.

Failed to import data into database from .csv file

Hello. I am using this PHP script from the tutorial online to import data in a table from .csv(Microsoft Excel 2007) format file into database (MySQL) using phpmyadmin. The data I'm trying to import is in datetime format.
The fields are datetime_in and datetime_out and the format in database is (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)

In the .csv file I have changed the cell format to (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss) but after uploading the file, I checked my database and the data for datetime_in works fine but on the second field (datetime_out) the data stored was "0000:00:00 00:00:00".
Can anyone please tell me what should I do to correct this? Thank you in advance.

I am doing an late-to-work attendance system. So I have displayed the attendance details with the employee id(FK in table attendance, PK in table employee) and also the supervisor id(FK in table attendance and employee, PK in table supervisor) who supervised the employee using JOIN because I need to display the employee's name (from the table employee) as well.
The output looks like this:

And then there'll be a button that user needs to click which will link to the next page, which is to send the attendance report SMS to the supervisor.
I'm trying to JOIN three tables that displays
- the name of the supervisor (from table supervisor)
- supervisor phone number (from table supervisor)
- name of the employee. (from table employee)

This is the query that I have made but it only displays the first employee name (Max) even when I clicked on SEND SMS for Jane.

Hi, may I know how do I display the list of staffs who did not check out after work? For example the datetime_in at 8am and the supposed datetime_out that staffs should check out is at 6pm but the staff forgot to check out. is I use 2 columns for the attendance record, which is datetime_in and datetime_out.

Hi, I'm new here.
I have made Ubuntu in VMWare workstation in my laptop and I have to download software for Linux. So far I only have Chrome downloaded but I dunno what else that can be used for Linux. I'm new in this so I don't really get the process and all.
Can anyone give me some ideas? thanks.
