2K budget gaming rig

I need a recommendation for a 2K budget gaming rig.

My requirements:

1. Non-asrock mobo if possible as I have trouble finding it in my area.
2. SSD (if this doesn't fit the budget, can replace with HDD and recommend a SSD that I can upgrade to later)
3. No need for dvd slot
4. Tower only (will be hooked up to a TV via RGB cable. The tv has no more HDMI slots available :| )
5. Mostly playing games like L4D2 and a few other games off Steam.

Upgrading graphic card

Hello everyone I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. Currently I am using GTS450.

My brother has complaints that the PC lags when playing Tomb Raider when playing at mid-high quality to high quality. So he is playing with most of the effects on low quality. What graphic card can ensure smooth buttery gameplay on high quality?

On their website, they recommend GTS480 but I don't mind upgrading to something higher, with a budget of around RM550.

I built my pc about a year ago. It was solid like rock until about 3 weeks ago before it started BSOD-ing on me.
Normally it would BSOD when I have a lot of things going on. Maybe I am overworking it.

It would "freeze" for around 1-2 seconds (of audio was playing, it will hold that last note) until the screen turned off and the machine restarted. I would be asked if I want to run in safe mode, or safe mode with networking etc. When I get to Windows (non-safe mode) my computer would tell me that it crashed unexpectedly. It had a crash log with it.

Notably it would crash when I am running Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere Pro), but I've had a few times when it crashed when Chrome was open with multiple tabs and Youtube was running HD.

I've updated my NVIDIA driver. Before that it was not working well. (I had trouble opening the nvidia console to change any kind of settings) I rolled it back to the previous version and updated it again, and it seemed fine for a while (2-3 days) until the BSOD-ing happened again.

I don't think I have installed anything new, hardware or software to start making it BSOD.

I also have no windows update available at the moment.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi sifus I need ur help.

Need recommendation for a PC tower only (not including any software) for designing and some light gaming, max budget RM2k.
-lots of multitasking
-able to plug in 2 monitors (but don't include monitor in this budget, will buy separately. am thinking about Dell ST2220L + Dell UltraSharp U2312HM)
-need to able to handle files meant for print in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (think 100MB++ files)
-possible to get 8gb ram?

if the price is too low, pls recommend the lowest budget for such a pc I will reconsider my budget. for me the most important is can handle heavy photoshop n illustrator files, and able to handle 2 screens.

Last time I see my friend eating spaghetti with chopstick during lunch.
Then another friend raging coz she was using chopstick for spaghetti.
I don't think he was raging becoz most people use fork. The way he rage it's more like it's culturally wrong. almost like disrespecting the use of chopstick.

So I want to ask, is it really wrong/disrespectful to use chopstick to eat pasta?

edit: forgot to mention she pack her own lunch and bring her own chopstick. we didn't eat in a makan place, we at at random area in uni.
