Hi Lowyat forumers, I want to start this thread just to exchange business concepts and strategies that we can all share freely. After in business for more than 15 years, I started realizing that in order for a business to run in tip top condition, one must have a formula or guide line in calculating margin / overhead / production. For example, I have one product which has to be sold 10 times from cost price. This way, it's impossible for me to lose money after deducting expenses unless the sales is close to nill. But that's just me. Welcome anyone to share thoughts on this
