Hi folks, please check carefully on their price tags and the bill when check out. Many items are more expensive than its suppose to be....

When you notice the dispute, they are more than happy to pay back with cash even you paid via credit card.

CTOS Crab

I was approached by a sales personal from CTOS & subsequently subcribe to their corporate online database for a trial.

We lately posted a customer's default payment to CTOS and RAM respectively. We later found out that this posting cost us 3% of actual owning by customer for reporting in CTOS system. We are sending this high charges protest to CTOS but was ignoring by them. I just wondering beside having some basic database in their system, they are basically no right to charge their fees base on amount owning (beside stated in their contract). The bill end up with thousands.... is even so much more expensive than we engage a solicitor at this primary stage of legal action. Even real estate agent or even some professionals are not earning such high commission for their hard work done.

We are doing the same on RAM system however basically there are no charges (beside the normal monthly subscription).... from reporting till the withdrawal of reporting after my customer paid up the outstanding.

I just would like to highlight CTOS unfair practice & hope they will stop these crabs with immediate effect!! I do not understand why their database is so good to make them proud to charge such ridiculous fees....

I just discover my phone line is now come with voice mail service. An improvement from TMNut.

When I was using my fax machine yesterday, my customer try to fax some documents to me. Instead of normal engage tone, he was asking me why I put up a voice mail in my fax machine line. He claims that he does not want to leave message in my fax line......... ha ha, what a great job from TMNut.

I am also not sure whether this service is charges secretly by TMNut.

Please advise!
