I have some questions to ask. I want to open my own tadika. Is it a must/ requirement to have the cert in order to open this business?? If yes, even a cert in diploma (early childhood edu) can help?

Secondly, I am a working lady. I wanna know if there is a part time university. college which is also recognize by the government. I plan to take a part time course as I am working in the morning. Is it possible for me to shift all my classes at night??

Hi all, need help if I am able to get a loan from banks.
i went to a condo to view and wanting to purchase one of the unit there. I have enough cash for both the 10% down payment and also the legal fees.

the problem i am facing now is i can't get the loan by myself. I have a property by myself, my wife has one also. My parents are retirees'.

however, i have a good friend of mine who is willing to share this property with me and i know somehow sharing with him, problems are unlikely to happen. Now, i am 25years old and my friend is 53years old. We are just workers in a company with proper payslips, epf statements and declare our taxes just like any other 9-6 workers.

my friend commitment is not much,as he had already completed paying off his housing loan. Now only serving his car installment.

my questions are
1. the total loan which banks will give, how are they calculate?
2. Will they reject just because my friend is 53?
3. Will they shorter the years of the loan term?

I've been thinking where to get/ find tenants in
KLCC area.. Most of tenant I guess would be foreigners..
So this just comes into my mind.. There is no way we can
Post in mudah.my or ibilik.my :-)

Second as owner we don't have iproperty Acc to do posting..
If we would to use agents, then 1 month deposit will be forfeited.. Most foreigners work here by contract.. So maybe 3months? 9 months?

So.. What's the way to find tenants there ?
