Maxis Postpaid - 2 x RM20 rebate does it stack?

Hi all,
Just a query.

I have a plan to port into Maxis to get the RM480 rebate (24 x RM20)
Also to get iPhone 13 and get the RM480 rebate (24 x RM20).

I can't find anywhere explicitly mention if the RM20 rebate will stack or not.

I called the call center they say yes can stack but nothing in black and white.
Didn't want to commit unless it's clear.

Edit: Found my answer after doing it myself. After getting 24 x RM20 rebate 1, if you subscribe Zerolution24 without rebate 2, it will revert to plan without RM20 rebate per month. If you take iPhone 13, then you will get RM20 rebate 2 which is same as RM20 rebate 1. No overlap.

I have this topic that have been heavily edited / deleted.
My question is, isn't deleted posts are still there just mentioned the post have been deleted?

Hi all,
Any Prudential agents can help?

Patient needs to for medical surgery after MRI.
Policy is PMM3 100 with below mention become PMM3 200.

Question:
1. What is the annual limit for this PMM3? Or lifetime limit even? (Checked online and on the policy snapshot can't find this information.)
2. Can we get the guarantee letter before admission or need to admit only start the guarantee letter process?

Already after 5 years so any insurance agent also wash hand and walk away already no one to service.
Calling Prudential only on working hours Monday to Friday it seems.

Motorcycle Bang Stationary Car, Motorcycle Fault

I have a situation.

- Car is stationary on the side of the road with signal.
- Not near any junction. Just a straight road.
- Suddenly, bang! Motor bang car from behind.

- Motor say outside settle and will pay for car
- In the end say don't want pay and make police report claim for injury. Not motor damages, claim for injury.
- Motor also make statement that car swerve and cost the motor to bang from behind.

Now the question:
1. Sarjan said that regardless who's fault, motor claim for injury, car's NCD is gone.
2. What kind of stupid loophole is this if 1 is correct?
3. Anyway for the car to fight back? Regarding the fault is car vs motor statement. But if confirmed can prove is motor fault, does it mean motor always wins regardless what happens?
4. Anyway to revenge on the motor? Wrong statement, give wrong motor number and only change statement after asked by police multiple times. Can make the motor pay for inconvenience or some saman?

If I don't feel like working I just simply take a motor and bang a car and claim for injury la if that's true? And claim SOCSO.

No drills but looking for /k/ expertise.

Medical Card Advice

I have changed to a new job that doesn't provide medical benefits.

I have the following requirement:
1. Bypass agent (Save on the commission charges)
2. Loyalty bonus. % increase permanent if possible for Room & Board / Annual Limit
3. Without Lifetime Limit

Those have been met by Lonpac MediSecure Centurial but they rejected me due to my G6PD (shouldn't but too bad.. It's company decision anyway).
1. Direct to Lonpac saves me 15%
2. 10% increase permanent of R&B and Annual Limit every 3 years regardless of claim. Will not reset if claimed.
3. No lifetime limit.

My question is.. Is there anything else that I can do that fulfils my requirement?

1. FSM does give back 30% of commission but I am greedy I want 100% of my commission back.
2. Or should I wait for this to be active. Then for the mean time these few months I am without Medical Card.

lolololol.. Those people saying credit card in uber allow us to not collect cash in car. Won't kena catch by spad etc like grabcar.

- uber drivers fumbling for money while taxi driver come and beat u up.

MNP out of Celcom

Hi all,
I been trying to MNP out of Celcom due to their laughable coverage. Best in Malaysia my foot. In KValley, U Mobile have much better coverage.

However, since Friday, 25.12 10am, until now, Celcom still haven't release my number (almost 4 days).
I'm trying to get the MNP to Umobile done by 31.12 because of the free 1GB internet.

This is the worst case of MNP I ever had.
I tried calling Umobile said call Celcom instead (expected).
I call Celcom they say still pending but unwilling to pursue further even they say SOP should be accepted or rejected within 2 days.

I also have complained to CFM but what else can I do?

I must have made someone really hate me.

A guy have
1. Added my phone number into jobstreet and applied many jobs. At first I thought is pure mistake so I asked the employer hr to email the guy to contact him. Got a lot of calls because of this.

2. He replied all the emails saying my phone number is his. So I get another inrush of calls.

3. He emailed many IT training companies to call me on my phone number.

I'm being pranked badly here. How? Can report to SKMM and police report? It's quite bad with the calls disturbing. I already called jobstreet to suspend that jobstreet account.

I only have an email address that is used to do all this prank job and no further leads. Maybe can find the ip login address and phone number associated to the email?

Uber illegal

So, Uber is illegal and it makes me wonder...

If the person is your friend / colleague going for lunch, can SPAD catch?
If the person you met from Uber, can't be your friend?

If you're fetching your dad and dad's friends at 2am to the airport, can SPAD catch? Technically it's a personal car and you're fetching others.
If there's an accident, your dad and others still doesn't get any insurance coverage. Heck, my car doesn't have individual insurance coverage just comprehensive for the car. Your friends / colleague too doesn't get insurance coverage. Is it illegal?

If my uncle is rich and have a driver, does it make his whole trip illegal since someone else is riding his car and he doesn't have personal insurance for the car?

If Uber or another ride sharing app is free without cost, means people do pro bono, is it legal since there's no monetary transaction?

Should we create a 1 or 2 sitter car instead then since everything else is illegal according to SPAD?

Is there anyway to extend my iPhone 5s warranty officially?
It's currently have about 1 month of warranty left.

I can't trust Apple with all the updates. Last time I updated to iOS7 for my 4S and it's wifi broke.
Now, same issue is happening for iOS8 and iPhone 5S. Luckily I am still on iOS7 now.

Anyone can help? I plan to use my 5S at least for another year hopefully 2 more years.

EDIT: I already went to Apple Store MY and no such product exist. And also I went to Machines they said it's not possible in MY.

Bringing back to service center

Hi all,
I need some input on whether should I bring my car back to the original service centre.
I'm driving a 2010 Waja Campro CPS. I love the car and it's actually no problems for me.

Usually, what we do after the free service / warranty is over is we will bring to outside bengkel cos it's cheaper.
And Proton cars maintenance are supposed to be cheaper.

However, after my free service was over, I took my car over to bengkel, bought my own oil (Castrol from Tesco) and parts.

I somehow got the feeling the bengkel fella will only do what you ask them to do. And I'm clueless about cars servicing.
I will just say change oil, air filter and oil filter.

If I ask them to follow what's written in the books, I'm afraid they will think I know nothing and they will cut me upside down.

The last time I brought it there, he says my oil is leaking. Make me worried and when I bring back to SC, they just say gasket or sth need replacement.
That's it. And only cost me RM4.

Then ever since my car has problems, I brought it to the Proton SC.
Car check light comes out when I drive above 140. (Scare the hell out of me) >> SC: Cable loose just retigthen it. (Free)
Car wiper motor has some problems and not working >> SC: Changed to new wiper motor with no charge at all. Not even labour charge. (Maybe still under warranty?)
Car alarm has problems and always triggered when it's hot weather >> SC: Readjust the sensor for all doors and bonnet. (Free)

I got a feeling if I were to bring all of these to outside bengkel, they will charge me like crazy. And don't know if they are doing a good job.

So now my question, do any of you guys still go back to the original SC even after the warranty period? I feel they have earned my trust and respect.
