Anyone has using Maxis Home Rm149 - 300Mbps? Hows the services?stable as Unifi?

Currently im using Unifi 100Mbps and thinking of to subscribe maxis ..

What is the best way to subscribe first the terminate Unifi or either way.

Also , if i want to relocate maxis next time, is there any charges and procedure.?

just want to know.how long the period to transfer owner in the registration card take?let say after agent submit to JPJ.then how long it takes to complete with insurance and transfer name.10q
