Guys, I've been having many fights with my mom recently due to the above mentioned problem. I'll just summarize my problem la.

1. Mom loves to keep stuff from 30yrs back like tupperware and furnitures.
2. On top of that, she accepts used furnitures from relatives, including one big ass office manager table (dunno for what also).
3. She bought alot of biznes related machines for baking/tailoring but the biz failed..so its all at home now.
4. The kitchen, dining hall and extension behind is like a shit hole.
5. So many untouched pyrax sets, and bottles lying in the cupboard.
6. Wanna throw all of it and the furnitures but she breaks down emotionally crying..finally she say will clean it but conveniently forgets it later on. when i remind her, she shouts back they we are bullying her.
7. Im getting so pissed coz she not doing anythin and when i wanna clear, she stops me. this has been goin on for so many years.
8. Rship with her deteriorating due to this and my dad is with me.

How do i deal with her and discard all the old stuff. I like minimalist modern interior design approach like ikea but i cant seem to do anything with her always blocking.

I've thrown most of my old stuff (including a working ps2) coz i dont have this sentimental value crap. if not used just throw or give away la.. so now the house is filled with my moms stuff and some of it is expensive like industrial freezer.

Pls advice as im becoming so impatient and angry nowadays due to this...when i come home after work, i get stressed and end up lashing.

UPDATE AS AT 8.1.2016:

1) Most cupboards from my room and master bedroom given to uncle.
2 refurnishing my room with ikea furnitures and new tv. My main project now. will post before after pic when its done.
2) Have to reorganize master bedroom coz lotsa space cleared from disposing the manager table.
3) dining hall area will be fitted with a built in cupboard to store all my moms old books and stuff. the contractor agreed to dispose the super old big cupboard in that area.
4) Clearing the back of the house by calling junk disposal service.
5) Havent touched kitchen and plastic tupperwares yet.
6) covering up the back extension with glass windows to prevent cats from coming in.

Dear all,

As per my previous topics, I've broken up with a muslim girl (i'm hindu indian) on dec 2014 due to a massive fight on my drinking habit/social activities. I've been trying hard to let go. When im almost successful, some memories will flood in or ill bump into her, then all my hardwork will be destroyed. So, in the last 5 mths i've met up with her a few times and it led to the bed. I know since it involves religious conversion, i should just let it go and move on. but fast forward 5 mths, i'm still very much into her. i've tried all methods, meeting new girls, gyming, drinking etc but deep down i still know i miss her alot and she would be my ideal partner for life.

the past few weeks i've been catching up with her alot and last weekend again i ended up sleeping over her place again. after which she gave me an ultimatum to talk to my parents bout us if i'm serious coz she is getting old and she doesnt wanna be hanging without any guarantee. during this session, she told me that she had to answer a private call etc. which made me suspicious. so i pushed her to be honest with me which at first she was relunctant.

finally she spilled the beans whereby a guy is wooing her and she is just starting to talk with this guy. although she said it hasnt developed to anything yet coz she still puts me as priority and will commit 100% back if i speak to my parents on our marriage. But i feel kinda shitty coz there is this new guy and she put herself in the market, although she didnt do anythin wrong as we have broken up for like 5mths. she then justifies by saying she could have went out with him but she still is with me on bed, so i shudnt doubt her.

so after much arguing, i just told her that since there is this new malay guy pursuing her, she shud just go ahead with him and if she wanted to work out things with me, she wouldnt be speaking to this guy. in which she replied that im taking the easy way out. her final reply was to leave her in peace if i didnt wanna take the nxt step.

its very messy at this point. how can i commit if she herself is talking to this new guy although she says nothing is happenin. almost all my buddies and frens are asking me to move on bcoz no one will be happy with the whole conversion tingy. its just that i dont wanna be the guy who is regretful 10yrs down the road if i give up on her.

tl;dr summary

1. broke up 5mths ago
2. been meeting once awhile for drinks which leads to the room, and then feeling regret for not sticking to the breakup
3. given ultimatum recently to talk to parents and convert if wan patch back
4. realised there is another guy trying for her past 1mth and she is open to knowing this guy if i dont give her a guarantee
5. if i talk to my parents, will be disowned, thus a lonely marriage.
6. is it worth the hassle? deep down still feel damn strongly for her.
7. Dont wanna regret 10yrs down the road if i lepaskan her.

PTPTN loan holders who dont pay back

I was just thinking loan holders who dont pay up after a certain number of years, why not PTPTN discuss with EPF to cut direct from their retirement account. Like this no one can escape not payin loan. If no epf means blacklist in CCRIS and CTOS.

Suggestion ok ke?

I prefer hardcopy..dunno why i just like keeping a collection of games in my cupboard for display. Softcopy u cant really feel the purchase of games..
