Considering either to get a sub sale unit of Tropicana Grande or new unit of Aetas Damansara? May opt for a 3000+ sqft units for 3 generations living.

Ttdi, BU6 or BU11 2 or 2.5 storey terrace? Why?

Hi,

After some time of searching, I am considering to purchase a house (probably to be rented out for 2 years then move in for own stay) among the following choices:

2.5 storey terrace in BU11 or
2.5 storey terrace in BU6 or
2 storey terrace in TTDI (normally less half storey but with wider or longer land area)

Price wise I think BU6 and ttdi are about the same but BU11 is about 200k to 300k lower

Building quality? Location? Lifestyle? Amenities? Traffic? Neighbourhood? Future appreciations? Others?
