RHB MY1 Full Flexi Home Loan

I am taking loan as RHB MY1 Full Flexi Home Loan, the amount is around 200k, at the start the monthly installment is around 1k.
Along this few years, I am working and saving very hard to pay the principal and make it out standing to 100k, then I got recalculate installment become RM500.
But recently, RHB bank want me pay back installment amount 1k. Anyone has this problem also?

Hi all,

I want to know when u take up loan for car with Maybank, must it be taken together with Etiqa insurance (EGTB)?
In 2017, when I took up loan for my car, the Maybank agent said it must be taken together with Personal Accident under Takaful.
Every month deduct RM25.44 from my bank account till when I sold my car last month, I called Customer service to cancel the plan. Then I asked
customer service about the insurance only then the customer service people said actually this insurance not necessary to be taken together.
Is there a conflict of interest here?

I asked back the agent who handle my loan agreement again, she still said yes must be taken together as it is for their branch bank to profit.
Then I asked why customer service said not necessary, the agent said customer service don't know much and each branch operates differently.
Is there such a thing or a fraud among themselves?

I have a return phone to Lazada which cost 1.6k. Don't know what reason they system got problem, my return status show blank, now change to request cancel. I live chat with them, they say want to fix that problem so that can refund my money. Ask them when can be fixed, they say dun know. I feel it is ridiculous, my money stuck there, their problem cause I got problem. I ask them information, they dun want give. Three months already, How should I do?
