Comparing

Flash Plus 2 3Gb/32Gb and Honor 5c:
RM729 vs RM 799
3Gb/32Gb vs 2Gb/16Gb

Other than that, the processor is different, but I don't know which is better?
Is FP2 more worth it and faster in terms of specs and price?
Anyone who have more technical knowledge, mind shed some info as Honor 5c claims to have 16nm processor thing that saves battery life and faster processing? Does this means that a 2Gb RAM phone can be faster than 3Gb RAM phone?

Help with my old PC

I have a old PC which is Pentium D, CPU 2.80 Ghz, Windows XP with 512RAM.
It is moving very slow, especially when I want to run a program like Google Chrome, it takes a few seconds for the program to load properly.
So, any ways to speed it up? If I add RAM to it, making it 2Gb, will it make a difference? Cause I scare that even if I add the RAM, but my computer is too old to speed up even with more RAM.. Any opinions are appreciated..
