i got my first date

i need advice how to plan a good date and give good impression.

about me,
im forever alone until now, hope not for so long.
im 31 years old, virgin, never dated anybody before, confess my love 2 times and both friendzoned me. so no experience.
i think i face prob, body prob, very timid.

about her, my first impression
know her for 1 month, work place nearby, same building but not same company, she always called me to help with something, because its part of my job.
age unknown, seducing, probably experienced.

somehow i manage to get her agree on a date tonight. but i was panic, i ran away before get into further detail about where and when, but i will call her, it must be tonight.
i had no problem with crowded place, i just want to avoid an awkward silent so i guess take a stroll on a park is out from a list.

any idea how to plan a good date with this short time?
for a guy like me, what place should we go that also can help me to conceal my timidity.
im thinking about movie, but wasnt that too ordinary? is it ok go for movie on first date?

i know in /k we got expert from every profession. so i ask here.

saya ada hutang syarikat sebanyak RM2295, hutang from TM coz no pay telephone bill. but then, tat company failed and closed. the company is enterprise, not sdn bhd or bhd.
problem is i kenot pay, unlike regular /k, 2.3k just their dinner bill, this huge amount for me. sekarang kerja gaji cuma 1.2k, potong epf, bayar hutang beli ipong 5s, kereta, sewa, makan, semua habis.

1. with debt of RM2.3k they can make me bankrupt?
2. i open tat company with other people (its was her idea to open, and invite me to join, and joined name together) boleh tak dia keluarkan nama dia dari syarikat tanpa persetujuan saya, supaya hutang ini saya seorang kena tanggung?

HDD password?

today when i wan use lappy. turned on, suddenly it ask for HDD password, i never put any password, want enter bios oso ask for password.

anybody know how this can happen? and the solution?

i got old HP DC7700 tower, its can start normally, then yesterday hang while loading windows, so i tried reformat pc, but somehow format failed while copying files, got BSOD, restart, and i got this message.

a guy at my work place like to touch my butt and crotch area. im nt gei,
i ask him to stop in joking way, coz i dun wan trouble with him, i nid face him everyday at work coz he my team and we only 2 ppl. but he dun wan stop. he oso always talk bout how he fap...

i just finished watching Friend With Benefit, making me thinking of myself and the girl i know.

first, i tell you guys some stories about me and her, and question later

im a gamers, i played from SNES, to PC, but now im not active playing on console, now more playing online gaming. I think im average looking, and kinda fat, with 32.3 BMI, try hard to not get it over 35, thanks to my unhealthy lifestyle of playing games without workout.
i never had a girlfriend, because im not confident with myself, im unsocial and shy around girls, i afraid to ask girl's name.
but online, i had my confident, my words are powerful. I even get girls from Spain, USA, Sweden i met online naked for me via MSN webcam. well, enough of that.

i know a local girl online... I know her since 2006 but only in game and couple in game, first time met her in 2008, and we been together until now.
she had average looking, a lil' slightly chubby too. i guess her BMI kinda around 26 or so, not as pretty as models, but well, not bad, i like how she look actually.
