Calculate Rental income for tax

I have a question regarding calculation for net income of a residential rental property.
which is the correct way calculating the deduction

Income
Rental Condo (Jan-Dec 24) : 20400
Rental House ( Aug to Dec 24): 12,000
Total Income: 32400

Deduction A
Maintenance Condo (Jan to Dec): 6000
Interest on housing loan ( Aug to Dec 24): 10000
Net income: 32400 - (6000+10000)

Deduction B
Maintenance Condo: 6000
Interest on housing loan ( Jan to Dec 24): 24000
Net income: 32400 - (6000+24000)

As my house only started to rent out in Aug, can i consider my housing loan interest from Jan to Dec 24 instead of taking only the interest from Aug 24 to Dec 24
This is because i tried to rent out my house but since no taker, house was empty for 7 months while interest continued to be paid to the bank

Cost of angioplasty in private hospital

My aunt was diagnosed with nstemi and doc advise her to perform angio. But the issue is that she was to wait too long as hosp serdang is fully occupied with covid.
As she does not has insurance and private is quite expensive, is there any semi private hospital she can go?
Is hukm or ijn expensive. Do they have semi private rate?

Etched tiles caused by strong acid cleaning soluti

I need help how do i repair the tiles that was damaged by strong cleaning solution? Actually I wanted to clean the grout like but during cleaning process the solution somehow spills over the tiles and etched into it leaving a mark line.

Galaxy Note 3 charging problem

I need help. Im hving very weird problem with my note 3 . It took very long to charge and most of the it time couldn't charge at all. Initially i thought was charging pot and battery but apparently not because as soon as i change a new charger or new cable the phone can charged back. It works perfecttly fine.

However this doesnt last very long because after 3 weeks my phone cannot charged back. I've changed 3 charger already but i cannot comtinue to buy charger every now and then.

Anyone has this problem. What could be the cause? Seems like my phone spoiling all the charger!

What do you guys think about good year court 1 at usj? I noticed the development is just right next to lrt station. Though the price has increased so much is this worthy to invest? The asking price now is approx 350 K for 826 sf.

Buying land for investment

I have a piece of land but unfortunately according to title, the land usage is only for agriculture. how do i convert the title to build for house and how much wud it cost.

Actually the orginal land title did not specify the usage - it was blank but when converted to new title (coz the original one was dated back in 1977) , automoatically title became agriculture. This according to land officer is by default unless the title itself clearly state the title purpose etc commercial. house or industrial usage.

Anybody can help to advise.
