Test of Proficiency in Korean

I would like to know further details about Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK). As the validity of the cert (lifetime or expired in 2 years period?) , How to register for the test , fees of the test , and so on. So far I know there is only 1 test side which is UKM.

I have tried to google it but their official website is in korean!

Would appreciate any that has taken the test to comment.
