Is this reasonable ?

2 x 1.5mm Armoured cable for garden lighting - Rm 180.00 x 8 nos - Rm 1440.00

2 x 2.5mm Armoured cable for water pump - Rm 250.00 x 1 no - Rm 250.00

12 x 1.5mm Armoured cable for switches - Rm 1,200.00

Help on home network plan with UNIFI

Hi Sifus out there,

My 4 storey semi-d is under renovation and want to setup home
network with UNIFI internet access.

I need sifus out there to help me to verify if there is anything
incorrect in my plan.

Questions:

1) Do I need WiFi AP for each floor ?
2) Do I need multiple wire connections per room
or should I use a local switch ?

On top what shown below I will have 6 more CAT6 cable distributed
out from A/V room to 3 other area for HDMI extension.

Any suggestion is welcome.
