Hi. Currently I'm using D-Link 500T ADSL Modem Router to connect to Streamyx. This modem router is only connected to one PC.
Now I want to build a home wireless network where my family can connect all their notebooks through wireless.
What should I need? Is it Access Point (AP)? How to configure? Anybody has done this before? Thanks in advance

i've went to many handphone shop in careffour butterworth to buy k800i. all of them give me this price:

k800 original midland waranty - RM1590
k800 'original' top world or mobile tech waranty - RM1350
k800 ap waranty - RM1190

they said that original set from top world or mobile tech's waranty covers all including lcd display and camera for 18 months (midland only 12 months and ap do not cover lcd and camera). they also said that its only available in penang. the company is in prangin mall, 4th floor. have u heard about this company? is it true?

everytime i want to insert my thumbdrive, it always display pic below. when i try using my fren's com, it will automatically install it. what is the problem with mine? anybody can help?

Acer Travelmate 512DX

Hi, I got Acer Travelmate 512DX notebook using Windows 98. I wanted to format to Window 2000 SP4. The problem happen after it finish formatting the drive and copy all the installation files. After finished copied all installation files, it say that it will be reboot. After that, it automatically turn off, not reboot. I tried to turn back on. It show some light, then turn off again. Enter BIOS also cannot. I tried to remove the battery and put back, still the same. Anybody can help? I dont know how to disassemble notebook. Want can I do? It is because I formatted the harddisk? Anybody know how to reset BIOS in this notebook? Help!

Streamyx Dialer

i have a problem. i just bought new Lantech 8port switch and it connected to my TP-Link adsl router. my adsl router use bridged mode so my computer use dialer to connect to streamyx. the problem is, when i want to set my second computer usind dialer to connect to streamyx, it said that username and password error because my first computer already connected using dialer. when the first computer disconnected then my second one can connect. i dont want to use always on mode where u set the username and password inside that router. i still want to use the dialer. is there any solution? help me plz..
