Power on for some fans, no POST screen. Help?

Hey guys, facing a problem where my PC won't go into the POST screen. It's been happening for a while where it sometimes gets to POST and runs normally but now it's completely fubar and won't go into POST.

I've already tried a different power strip, reseating the components, and disconnecting the peripherals. Nothing seemed to help.
When I tried turning it on again it went into Windows repair, then after that went back to not able to POST. The CPU cooler fan failed to function as well.

Based on what I read it could be a broken motherboard, but I need second opinions and if possible troubleshooting advice

I can't remember what components I have exactly (since I can't turn it on to check also) but here's what I know:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI (rev. 1.0)
CPU: some i7
GPU: Gigabyte 1070 Windforce
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB x2 (I think)
PSU: Corsair RM650
CPU cooler: some Noctua
Storage: Samsung SSD x1, WD Blue 2TB x1

Appreciate any help!

Hashtag use

So, Facebook hashtags. Anyone using them? I find them a bit annoying to see on Facebook, but I'm ok with them flooding Instagram.

Personally, I'm new to hashtags and would like some advice. How does one use them? Why would one use them at all?
Any comments and opinions would be welcome.
