Hi Guys,

Need some advice whether I should go ahead and sell the house?

I have a property under my brother and my name. It was a fully paid house which was later re-financed. My brother was declared bankrupt some years later.

Now, I want to sell the house, but not sure whether I could or not. I could do a full settlement on the mortgage loan and sell the house. But since my brother is a bankrupt now, will I not get a single cent back after the house is sold?

Or rather will I be able to sell the house in the first place?

Would appreciate some advice. Thank you.
