question about Port Forwarding

I have a question concerning port forwarding.
I have done everything that portforwarding.com told me to do, including setting a static IP but when I check with Utorrent, it says that the port that I selected ain't forwarded and it's reference IP is my external IP not the IP that I set (192.168.1.101)

do macrolynx/mylynx block BTs?

months ago I can still download, although with only a maximum speed of 40 and less.
a month later when i return from my home town, my bitcomet is totally dead.
it goes for 1-2kb/s for a few seconds then it stops downloading for a very very long time.
are they banning BT ?
cause when i phone them and ask them concerning it, they told me that they didn't ban it but the result shows otherwise.
Now, I'm hoping that streamyx comes to taman melati fast!!!!

PC hangs when transfering files

sometimes when I'm transferring my files, my PC will hang all of the sudden and I'll have to restart it. It happens mostly when I'm trasferring large files in total ( 2 GB or so), but sometimes when transfering file like a few MB will also cause the hang.

and if i open my PC for more than 6 hours it'll hang too, but this is also random as sometimes when i only opened for 2 hours and so, it'll hang.

this is a new PC so I'm having a headache over what is actually wrong.
can't be the heat, cause even when i've open the casing and it's raining outside and me opening the fan upto level 3 (meaning the environment is kidda cold) but it still hangs when I just plug in my extrenal HDD.

can some help me?

anyone here know where can i get the office torrent thiggie?
cause my BT dropped back to it's worst state about 2 days ago, (a week before I was getting 50kB/s with my bitcomet, but BEFORE that week, it was like <10).
so, I wanna know my BT states here.
anyone? please.
