[WTA] 2nd ProBlem with Streamyx!

I have a 2nd streamyx line in Cheras. To be exact is Pandan Jaya.
Upgraded last week also from 512kbps to 1mbps.
This line's everyday speed after upgrade was at an average of 1.3mbps (download) using http://speedtest.tm.net.my

-> Yesterday afternoon my speed dropped drastically from 1.3mbps(download) to 0.4mbps(download) !!!
i called and they reset my line n everything was OK again... den i shut down pc to go out.

-> Yesterday nite, on bc pc.. my speed was around 0.3mbps to 0.4mbps AGAIN!
called a few times. troubleshooting not working. speed still the same.
Until now... the speed is the the same... sometimes going to 0.2mbps ONLY!

any user nearby me?
My location : Pandan Jaya.
are you guys facing the same problem or my line only?
any help/advice?

i upgraded my speed from 512kbps standard package to 1mbps combo package last week.
It was only the next day i got my "increase" in speed...
for 1 week.. my speed is still FLUCTUATING badly.
The speed i'm getting is between 0.2mbps~0.8mbps(download) and around 0.20mbps (upload) only. average = 0.5mbps (download)
i asked my partner to check his speed bcos he upgraded same time as me.
he's always getting 1.3mbps (download) and 0.35(upload).
so i called TM helpline...
1) she kept saying my line is 1mbps n knot answer my questions except for "pls call ur technician"
2) called the number given, no answer. sms also no answer. (tried for 2 days)
3) fed up, called again. this time another girl answered. she said my line no problem. my speed problem is not their fault. its my hardware n i have to call technician. after i F her up bcos the technician does not answer, she say she will reset my line. (delete my connection n redo my connection).
restarted my modem.. i got the following speed:-
Download - 720kbps
Upload - 180kbps

add. infos(just in case):
1) i am using Belkin wireless router modem (3in1).
2) Belkin modem configured to use PPPoE
3) using win xp sp3
4) just upgraded to 1mbps streamyx upgrade incentive package

Anyone here can help me instead of me going through the trouble with them??????

Thumbdrive classic problem

I got kingstone Data traveller 16gb.
I was transfering some files into it when it suddenly:-
"Windows Delay Write Fail"
I ejected it and replugged it in again.
This time i got the msg for new hardward installing.
In MY COMPUTER, the drive is now shown as "REMOVABLE DRIVE" instead of the original "KINGSTON".
right click format <--- knot.
double click <--- "Pls insert a disk into drive F:"
Cannot be detected under COMPUTER MANAGEMENT also.
restarted the computer.
same thing also.

is it the chipset fried? or still can be saved?

Pls help.. the thumbdrive doesn't belonged to me.. i dowan get accused :'(

Guys,

i have a problem here.

My laptop can't be started even though AC power is plugged in. When i put in my laptop battery, it is charging. So, AC power is fine.
i waited awhile.. then i tried to ON again.. and this time i am able to ON back my computer.
The same problem occurs everytime i shut down my computer and tries to ON back..
I am suspecting my CMOS battery problem.. but i'm not sure..

Here's my questions :-
1) Do you guys think that it could be my CMOS battery problem?
2) Does anyone knows where is the CMOS battery is this Laptop?
3) Anyone knows where to change it if i am not able to do it myself?
4) Estimated price to change just a stupid CMOS battery?

lastly... maybe u guys can gimme some tips that might contribute to my laptop problem?

heya!
something came across my mind today.
i remembered going to 7 eleven n saw a varieties of condom displayed at the counter (last time). i remembered clearly this condom which said "ROCKET SHAPED"
nowadays i go watsons or guardian looking thru also i saw a lot of varieties of shape/size/thickness/flavor

here's my question:-

1) Does the shape effect much? why shaped condom?
2) thickness? wats with thin n thick?
3) flavor? er.. FOR WAT?!?!
4) size ? bcos ppl comes with diff penis size?
5) y does condom comes in different varieties as stated above? got make any difference meh? or jez marketing gimmick?

Sleeping Problem

erm erm....
i've been facing some sleeping problem...
hoping somebody faced it b4 n can help advice advice abit
the first problem more important though.. hehe...

1 )everytime i close my eyes to sleep or to take a nap.. i will start dreaming. d dreams can b pleasant or somehow will suddenly bcome a nightmare...

(i have this problem since long ago.. but it got worse since last year... )

anyone having problems liddat?

any advice to help how to sleep peacefully ma n to stop the dreaming?

2 ) i can't seem to sleep at nite now... i onli can sleep after 3am... then wake up confirm between 10am - 12pm. neva fail. sometimes even earlier...

anyone got tips how to make oneself sleep?

first of all... i'm not a pro... but i saw this camera in newspaper today and seems to have good features bsides the ugly design.

i've onli had experience with canon and panasonic... not with fujifilm...

modem auto restarting

i currently have the modem below :

Model: P660HW-T1
Brand: Zyxel
age : 2 years

Problem :
The modem auto restarts.

How i know:
1) LEDs all off. (as if i OFF it)
2) Starting LED to initialize modem starts blinking (as if i just ON the modem)
3) redials connection.

Age of problem:
3 days

Troubleshooting so far :
1) Uploaded the latest firmware from official website (year 2006?! )
2) TM link no problem
3) factory reset and reconfiguration
4) changed wireless signal channel
5) using cable instead of wireless ( to check if my wireless is causing problem)

Observations :
1) modem still restarts on its own after all the methods above.
2) if 2 computer accessing the internet, problem more frequent than 1 computer.

Question :

ANYONE CAN HELP ME????? the problem is getting on my nerves especially during urgent times....

Graphic card overheating suddenly...

my graphic card has been working perfectly fine until recently.
I can play red alert 3 / warcraft without any problems.
I decided to clean my CPU's internal the other day and after cleaning n restarting the system, my CPU seems to lag abit. I realise my graphic card can overheat easily. I thought its the MoBo's heat sink thermal adhesive glue and replaced the glue adi. but the problem still persist.
Can somebody help/advice me with this problem?

resignation problem

I've been working in this company for 1.5 years. they have neither given me a contract or terms and conditions prior to employment. Recently i found a MUCH better job but the jobs requires me to start on 1st july. I tender my 24 hours notice resignation.
Here i would like to ask:-

1) Do they have the right to deduct my pay or hold my pay?
2) do i have to pay them back any compensation?
3) if the answer is NO to Q1 n Q2, but they do it.. can i uphold my rights and complain to them?
