Hey, I just received the same call from 英瑞百货, a lady named "WANG MEI LE - +85230697967“ told that I've won a FREE 2 carat diamond worth RM120,000.
If I do not wish to have the diamond, I can convert it to cash RM96,000 in return.
I've been receiving this calls for months. The scariest part is, they know your full name, phone number and IC number. *WTH
They called me every 2 month once and told that they have dinner or function in KL and asked me to attend.
But I never bother to listen and told that I was not free to go.
This time, they told that I've won the lucky draw that night but I did not attend. They also told the same thing that the event was broadcasted by 凤凰卫视.
asked me about bank acc no, but told them I don't hv and they said I can give them an acc with no money if I am worry they cheated me.

Check the number thru some forum and found out is an actual spam and they are requesting RM5760 as processing fee.

I thought that I just got money dropped from the sky!! hehe!

So please becareful and do not let them know your details and account number.

How to value property my dad sold me?

Hi All,

Need some help on value of my property my dad sold to me.

In 2005, my dad had refinance the house under my name for Bank Loan RM170,000 / House Value RM330,000

From 2005 - 2011, i am paying the monthly repayment for RM1200.

In 2011, again this round he would refinance the house under my name for Bank Loan RM400,000 / House Value RM650,000

This round he mention sold to me with RM650,000, but i am quite reluctant to pay him with the value of RM650,000.

Since i am the one who pay for the house since 2005.

How much do i need to repay my dad for the house? i mean the value of the house.

I would not want to take advantage of my dad, but i don't think paying him the house market value of RM650,000.

How can i balance up for him and me?

Need advice from the expert.
