Streamyx sometimes fast sometimes slow [solved]

Need help and opinion here , my 4Mbps streamyx acting strange lately, sometimes fast (youtube 480p, browsing internet no problems at all), but sometimes it lags like hell. so i checked 192.168.1.1 and i get this, but i m not sure whether my line or my modem problems. thanks

Sifu-sifu out there please help, i use WPA-PSK for my laptop at home. At office, i m using obtain IP automatically. So, i have to change the setting each time i m at home or work to surf the net. so is there any software can help, w/o changing the setting regulary. thanks!

hello, sifu-sifu out there, how to reveal all the files in windows explorer! any software or hacking the registry? because my pc is overloaded with files, sometimes duplicate one that i don't know. i have 2 hdd and 3 partitions.

hello, sifu-sifu out there, i wanted to know what is the safe temp for hdd. my hdds ( PATA seagate 80G+Maxtor 80G ) is over 40 degree, is that normal? and my pc is always on ( 7/24)!

SD card wont safely removed from card reader

i have a 512MB SD card (Pendrive Brand), each times after i transfer pic to my notebook ( compaq presario m2000 w built in card reader ), i cant safetly removed it as i did to my thumb drive. It said some program is still accessing and cannot be safetly removed. i didnt access any program at the moment. so i have to shut down the notebook to remove my SD card. So, sifu-sifu out there please help! i dont wan to reboot each time i transfer my pic to notebook. what's wrong??????

hello sifu-sifu out there, my computer : p4 s478 3.0g, 512mb ddr, intel 865perl. it open 7/24. now seems that electrical bill is high, so any sifu out there can teach me how to downclock my computer.
