Tire scraping against fender - Blown coilovers?

Morning fellas - I'm driving a 09 Lancer GT which has been fitted with BC Racing coilovers for about 3 years. Yesterday while driving around 180km I was going over these dips on the road and my right driver side tire began to scrape against the fender. Also occurred this morning when taking aggressive turns at low speeds. Noise goes away when driving slow.

The noise is identical to how it would be if you fitted oversized tires without rolling your fenders but I have not made any changes to my car for over a year. Tires are still stock. I don't notice any abnormal pulls even while going over bumps and potholes. I can't press down the car with my strength. No changes in handling either. Coilovers have never been rebuilt/serviced.

Very strange and I can't seem to understand what's causing it. I'm deciding if I should take it to my usual workshop or a tire shop? Please help.

Finding a Property Agent or Agency

Purchased this house last year and it's currently still under construction. Estimated time of completion is around August this year. I have now decided that I no longer want to live there and I'm looking to purchase another one closer to the place I work, Damansara.

Purchased the property at $580,000 MYR. What's odd is that the phase I purchased isn't fully completed but there are multiple listings on Mudah already with the price of $620.000 MYR.

Since the house is nearing completion, is it possible to initiate efforts in selling the house? Assuming there's a willing buyer, how would he/she be able to view the house when I don't have the key/handover yet. Wondering how others are able to list their property so quickly even before completion.

What is the best way to look for a property agent and should I engage as many as possible to increase the odds of the sale? First time selling a property and hoping to get some guidance. I've also looked at the agents in iProperty but there aren't many of them.

Sale of a joint-owned property

Dear Members,

As Banks and Lawyers are unavailable during the weekend, i'm posting here hoping for a quick response and proper guidance.

I'm in the midst of preparing for the sale of a co-owned property which is owned by myself and another person who is a family member. Both the Loan & S&P currently has our names on it. We purchased this property approximately 7 years ago and it has gone up in value significantly.

Here's the problem - I agree with the sale of the property but the other owner doesn't. What are the options available? Can I perform a "forced property sale" with the help of lawyers? Of course, any profits made from the sale will be divided equally among the both of us. Refinancing the property is not an option as the other party is over the age of 40.

Can you please elaborate on the options, timeline and costs of executing this. I'd really appreciate your help on this one.
