Bootmgr missing!

Guys

Need advise and help for this issues...after i restart my laptop its show blank screen and this msg shown "bootmgr missing!".
I dont have the windows cd to repair
... is there any other way for me to get it fix?

hi there,

need advise from all the expert here... i just got my toshiba smart tv yesterday and i unable to connect to my astro... i did call up to the astro service center they request me to pay extra rm30/month to get the HD version

is there any other way instead of paying extra to astro??
